Young Activists
We bring together young people who care about human rights and strengthen their participation through education, awareness-building, and shared learning.
About this focus area
Young Activists is a working group that brings together young people who are thoughtful, informed, and committed to human rights. We organize human-rights education for young people, carry out awareness-building activities, and aim to strengthen a rights-based culture of thinking and participation.
The group supports shared learning on human rights, freedoms, justice, social responsibility, and solidarity. It creates space for young people to develop as informed and responsible participants who can raise awareness in their own communities.
At a later stage, we aim to study human-rights activities abroad, youth-focused good practices, and different working models more closely, learn from these experiences, and develop new initiatives.
